  • 1 handful berries, red, frozen or fresh
  • 2 banana (s)
  • 1 lime (s)
  • 10 mint leaves, fresh, depending on the intensity the mint flavor
  • 3 teaspoons cane sugar

Instructions

  1. First put the berries in a tall container and let thaw for about 10 minutes.
  2. Cut the two bananas into pieces and add them. Squeeze the lime and pour the juice over the banana mixture. Wash the mint leaves and add with the cane sugar. Puree with the blender and serve.
