Ingredients

  • 550 g red cabbae
  • 250 g apples, sour
  • 150 g carrot (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives
  • 50 g sprin onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil or sunflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoon apple juice
  • salt and pepper
  • some sugar or honey, possibly

Instructions

  1. Mix a dressing from oil, mustard, vinegar and apple juice. Remove the stalk from the red cabbage, finely grate the cabbage. Grate the apples and peeled carrots, finely chop the spring onions. Mix the vegetables and dressing well. Salt, pepper and possibly add some sugar to taste. Let it steep briefly. Serve with chives.
