Ingredients

  • 250 g currants
  • Lime juice from half a lime
  • 150 g yourt
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped agave syrup or honey, optional

Instructions

  1. Puree the cleaned and washed currants and strain them as desired. Squeeze the lime and mix with the yogurt, agave syrup and the currant puree.
  2. Fill into glasses and serve.
  3. Works with frozen and fresh currants.
