Ingredients

  • 500 g currants, red, weihed cleaned
  • 350 g cookies, (chocolate)
  • 8 tablespoon egg liqueur
  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 300 g natural yourt, 1.5%
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 300 g cream

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the cookies. Put half of it in a large bowl. Drizzle over 4 tablespoons of egg liqueur.
  2. Beat the quark with the yogurt, vanilla sugar and sugar until smooth. Whip the cream and fold it into the cream.
  3. Spread half of the cream and quark cream over the cookies, then place half of the currants on top. Then again layer cookies (leave something behind for the decoration), egg liqueur, cream and currants. Decorate with a chopped cookie and possibly a few mint leaves.
  4. Chill for two hours.
  5. It also looks nice when the dessert is served in individual portion glasses.
