  • 120 g currants, red
  • 1 small apple
  • 250 g kefir or yourt
  • 1 dash milk

Instructions

  1. Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Wash the apple and remove only the stem and flower, also cut into pieces. Wash the currants and remove them from the stem with a fork. Put the fruit and all other ingredients in a blender and mix for about 1 - 1.5 minutes on the highest level. Alternatively, puree with a hand blender. Here, however, the grains of the currants remain whole.
