Ingredients

  • 0.5 liter ½ coconut milk
  • 0.5 liter ½ peach juice
  • 2 tablespoon curry paste, red
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 large vegetable onion (s)
  • 3 large carrot (s)
  • 1 leek
  • 1 peach (s), ripe

Instructions

  1. Cut the vegetables into fine strips and sweat in sesame oil. Cut the meat into small cubes and add, fill up with the vegetable stock and cook for about 10 minutes.
  2. Add the curry paste, coconut milk, peach juice and the chopped peach. Bring everything to the boil and season with the spices.
