Red Fish Baked in the Oven

Red fish cooked in this way is not dry, but tender and very tasty. I recommend giving it a try.

Ingredients

  • Red fish (salmon or trout) – 5 steaks
  • Lemon – 1 pc.
  • Seasoning for fish – to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground pepper mixture – to taste

Directions

  1. Wash the fish, peel the scales, and cut into portions.
  2. Make a marinade. To do this, squeeze out the lemon juice, add fish seasoning, salt, and a mixture of freshly ground peppers. Stir the marinade.
  3. Place the fish in a bowl. Pour in the marinade and leave to marinate for 3 hours.
  4. Put the fish on a baking sheet and send to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  5. When the fish is ready, serve immediately. It should be eaten hot.
