Red Fish Salad “Flagman”

Red fish salad is very tasty, easy, and quick to prepare.

- Boil hard-boiled chicken eggs. Refrigerate.
- Cut the red fish into cubes.
- Peel the eggs. Separate the yolk from the protein. Grate the yolk on a fine grater.
- Grate the protein on a coarse grater.
- Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
- Wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes.
- Lay the red fish salad in layers. The first layer is fish, some mayonnaise.
- The second layer is yolks, a net of mayonnaise.
- The third layer is tomatoes, a mesh of mayonnaise.
- The fourth layer is cheese, mayonnaise mesh.
- The last layer is proteins, a mesh of mayonnaise.
- Decorate the salad to your liking. Refrigerate. “Flagman” salad with red fish is ready.
