Trout (fillets; bellies and bones for broth)
Potatoes – 1 pc.
Carrots – 30 g
Celery (root) – 30 g
Juicy tomato – 1 pc.
Bulb onions – 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil – 10 g
Salt to taste
Black pepper – to taste
Garlic – 2-3 cloves
How to make red fish soup:
Directions
The first step is to prepare the broth. We send fish bones and bellies of trout into cold water. Drain the boiled water, fill the fish with water again.
We put on fire, let it boil.
Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
Chop one onion.
Cut the celery into cubes and the carrots into strips.
We leave a few large pieces of celery and carrots for the broth.
We send onions, carrots, and celery to a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry until cooked over low heat.
When the fish broth boils, send large pieces of carrots and celery root, as well as one whole onion to the pan. Cook the broth over low heat.
Remove bones from fish fillets.
Cut the trout fillet into cubes (large enough).
Peel the tomato.
Cut the tomato into large cubes.
When the sautéing is ready, add the tomatoes to the sautéed vegetables, stir and remove from heat.
After 40 minutes of boiling the fish broth, send the potatoes to the soup pot. After 10 minutes add the trout fillet.
After 10 minutes we take out fish bones, carrots, onions, and celery.
We send sautéed vegetables to fish soup.
