Ingredients

  • 2 glasses morello cherries
  • 1 bag strawberries or mixed berries your choice (frozen)
  • 1 sachet custard powder (vanilla)
Red Fruit Jelly
Red Fruit Jelly

Instructions

  1. Drain the two glasses with the morello cherries through a sieve, collecting the juice in a large saucepan. Stir the pudding powder into the collected juice and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. The juice is milky pink at first, then turns dark red and clear. Remove from the stove and immediately mix in the cherries and strawberries (or the berry mixture). Pour into a bowl and let it cool down.
  2. This goes well with vanilla ice cream, vanilla sauce or even cream (liquid and whipped).

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
