Instructions

  1. Dough: Mix 4 eggs with 225 g sugar until frothy. Slowly stir in the 200 ml oil. Mix the flour with the baking powder and fold into the egg mixture. Finally stir in the 200 ml Fanta. Put the whole thing on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees convection for about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Topping: The 2 Pä. Mix red groats powder with 75g sugar and 100 ml water. Bring the remaining 400 ml of water to the boil and cook with the grits powder according to the instructions, then allow to cool. Put something away from the finished red fruit jar for the decoration. The rest of the red groats from the glass are mixed with the cooked groats and distributed evenly on the floor when it is cool. Then you beat the 600 ml cream with the 2 Pä. Cream stiffener. Finally, the whole mass is distributed over the groats. Finally, place the cookies on the cake. The whole thing is then sprinkled with powdered sugar and garnished with a small dollop of red fruit jelly or fresh fruit. The cake tastes best if it is pulled through for half a day (then the cookies are nice and soft). A great cake when you need something refreshing for a lot of people, especially on children`s birthday parties, the cake is a big hit.
