Ingredients

  • 500 g sour cream, 10% fat
  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 9 tablespoon sugar
  • 125 g biscuit (s) (Amarettini)
  • 600 g red rits

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark with the sour cream and sugar until smooth.
  2. Put a layer of Amarettini (small whole, larger ones a little bit) in a glass bowl, then a layer of the cream, then again Amarettini and cream. Pour the red fruit jelly over the top as the last layer. Let it steep in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  3. The dessert has a great amaretto taste - without any alcohol.
