Ingredients
- 500 g sour cream, 10% fat
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 9 tablespoon sugar
- 125 g biscuit (s) (Amarettini)
- 600 g red rits

- Mix the quark with the sour cream and sugar until smooth.
- Put a layer of Amarettini (small whole, larger ones a little bit) in a glass bowl, then a layer of the cream, then again Amarettini and cream. Pour the red fruit jelly over the top as the last layer. Let it steep in the refrigerator for a few hours.
- The dessert has a great amaretto taste - without any alcohol.
