Ingredients
- 2 cl elderflower syrup
- 4 cl Campari
- 4 strawberries
- 2 mint leaves
- 1 slice lime (s)
- Ice cubes
- 150 ml sparkling wine or prosecco

- Halve the strawberries and place in a wine glass with the elderflower syrup, ice cubes, mint leaves, lime slice and campari.
- Pour sparkling wine or prosecco and stir a little, as the syrup tends to settle down in the glass. Then fill up with sparkling wine or Prosecco and enjoy.
