  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 100 g lentils, red
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 carrot (s)
  • 2 potato (s)
  • 2 tablespoon sweet cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into cubes and sauté in olive oil. Add the red lentils and sauté briefly. Add the vegetable stock. Wash, peel and cut the vegetables into small cubes, add to the vegetable stock. Let the soup boil for about 20 minutes and then finely puree with a hand blender. Then add the cream and season the soup with salt and pepper.
