Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta (macaroni)
  • 250 g bacon, streaky smoked
  • 140 g tomato paste
  • oregano
  • Garlic granules
  • Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Break the macaroni into pieces approx. 5 cm long and cook until al dente.
  2. Cut the streaky bacon into small cubes and leave in the pan over medium heat until the cubes are browned.
  3. Drain and rinse the pasta. Transfer to a large bowl. Pour the cooked bacon with the fried fat over the pasta and add the tomato paste. Scatter oregano and granulated garlic over the top to taste. Mix everything well.
  4. Serve immediately and refine with grated Parmesan cheese on the plate to taste.
