Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ kg red pepper (s), very ripe, completely cleaned
  • 200 ml white wine
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled lemon thyme, fresh and finely chopped
  • 1 kg preserving sugar, :

Instructions

  1. Cut the peppers into smaller cubes and cook with the white wine for about 25 minutes. Use the blender to chop up a little in the pot and pass through a sieve. (I don`t like any skin residue there).
  2. Now fill up the remaining 1 kg amount with white wine, add the lemon thyme and the chilli flakes and cook to the end according to the prescription of the preserving sugar. Fill hot into twist-off glasses.
