Ingredients

  • 300 g sausae (red sausae, tonue sausae or black puddin)
  • 2 apples
  • 1 onion (s), red
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar (apple cider vinegar)
  • 3 tablespoon oil (neutral tasting)
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut the round slices of sausage into quarter pieces, wash the apples, cut into quarters, cut out the core and cut into thin slices with the skin. Slice the onion into very fine rings, cut the chives into rolls.
  2. Mix together the vinegar, oil and spices, mix everything together.
  3. That goes well with a Bavarian buffet.
