Instructions

  1. For the dough, beat the butter, sugar and egg until frothy. Mix the flour with the almonds, cocoa, salt and baking powder and knead with the butter to form a firm dough.
  2. Line the base and approx. 2 cm of a greased springofrm with 2/3 of the dough. Chill the rest.
  3. Pre-bake at 180 ° C for about 6 minutes. (Convection 160 °)
  4. Beat the butter with the sugar until frothy, gradually stir in the egg yolks, quark, red wine, yoghurt, almonds, pudding powder and the amaretto. Then beat the egg white until stiff and fold in carefully.
  5. Put the mixture on the pre-baked base.
  6. Drain the plums and spread them over the mass.
  7. Then tear up the cold dough and sprinkle over it.
  8. Bake at 180 ° C (fan oven 160 °) for about 1 hour.
  9. If you don`t get red wine plums from Omi, you can make them yourself
  10. Stone the plums and then each with a piece of sugar in a mason jar - fill up with red wine and reduce
  11. Or simply pit fresh plums with the plums and then simmer them in red wine with a little sugar until soft and then let them drain - but collect the red wine
  12. I think that this goes well with plum juice and soft-boiled plums
  13. Good succeed!
