Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 4 medium egg (s)
  • 200 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 50 g butter or mararine
  • 2 teaspoons gingerbread spice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch clove powder
  • 1 pinch cardamom
  • 200 ml red wine
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 tablespoon rum
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa
  • 200 g almond (s), rated
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 50 g chocolate, white
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • Fat for the shape

For covering:

  • 1 glass cherry (s)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear (s)

Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs for the dough. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff, set aside. Beat the egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar and butter until the mixture is frothy. Then add the red wine, rum and spices and mix together.
  2. Gradually fold in the almonds, flour and baking powder, if it gets too dry, fold in some egg whites. Fold in the rest of the egg whites. Chop the chocolate and add it. Put the dough in a greased springform pan.
  3. For the topping, peel the apple and pear and cut into pieces, distribute with the cherries on the dough. Bake at about 170 ° C for about 1 hour.
