  • 5 tablespoon lemon juice, possibly more
  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 g yourt
  • 90 g suar or 100 powdered suar
  • 50 ml milk

Instructions

  1. Use the hand blender to finely chop the sugar or use powdered sugar. Whip the cream with the sugar and milk until frothy and then add the remaining ingredients.
  2. Mix vigorously again and season to taste. Sometimes you can add a little more lemon juice, depending on how intense you want the lemon taste to be.
  3. Put the mixture in a container with a lid, seal it airtight and place it in the freezer (an old, washed-out ice cream container is best). After approx. 1 hour, stir the ice cream again.
  4. The ice cream tastes very tasty with a dash of eggnog.
