Refreshing Non-Alcoholic Cocktail “Mojito”

The Mojito cocktail is an excellent thirst quencher.

Ingredients

  • Fresh mint – a few leaves
  • Lemon – 0.5 pcs.
  • (or lime)
  • Sugar – 1-2 teaspoon
  • Ice (crushed or regular)
  • Carbonated mineral water

Directions

  1. Grind the mint with sugar to let the mint juice.
  2. Add lemon or lime juice. And grind again until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. Add ice (more than half a glass) and add mineral water.
  4. We prepare a cocktail in a glass of at least 300 ml. Serve mojito with a straw.
