Ingredients

  • 250 g trout fillet (s), cut into small pieces
  • 1 large apple, cut into small pieces with the skin on
  • 1 leek, cut into fine rings
  • 4 egg (s), hard-boiled, diced
  • 0.5 ½ pack herbs, mixed (8 herbs, frozen)
  • 1 cup natural yoghurt, light
  • 3 tablespoon Miracel Whip, light
  • Balsamic vinegar (apple balsamic vinegar)
  • lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sweetener
  • some milk if necessary

Instructions

  1. Mix the apple, leek, eggs and herbs in a bowl.
  2. Make a marinade from natural yoghurt, Miracel Whip, apple balsamic vinegar and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper and, if necessary, make it more liquid with milk. Pour over the ingredients and mix well. Finally add the trout pieces and carefully fold in. Let it steep and serve chilled.
