Ingredients

  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 0.5 ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 egg (s), hard-boiled, diced
  • 1 small onion (s), finely chopped
  • 2 pickles, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped mustard, medium hot
  • Salt and pepper, whiter
  • possibly milk

Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients until creamy, season with salt and pepper. If the consistency is too firm, stir in a little milk.
  2. Goes perfectly with fish of all kinds, with grilled or various green salads as well as under pasta or potato salad and as a spread or dip! An all-round talent that everyone likes!
