Ingredients

  • 1 egg (s), hard-boiled and cooled
  • 2 small pickles
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 dash cucumber liquid
  • 1 dash cream
  • 1 handful parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Use the egg cutter to chop the egg long and crosswise. Finely chop the pickles, onions and parsley.
  2. Mix the tartar sauce from the glass with the egg, pickles, onions and parsley and add a dash of pickle water and cream each so that a smooth consistency is created. Then season with salt and pepper.
