Put the milk in a bowl, add the flour and dissolve the yeast in a little warm milk and add to the bowl. Sprinkle salt and sugar on top, add the oil and knead well with the food processor.
Let the dough rise for 30 minutes, knead briefly and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Then put the dough in a large loaf pan (or two small ones) and bake at 190 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes.
