Rhubarb Filling (for Pies and Pies)

The simple yet tasty rhubarb filling is perfect for open and closed pies, fried or baked pies. The recipe is so basic that even a child can handle it.

Ingredients

  • Rhubarb – 300 g
  • Sugar – 3-4 tbsp
  • Ground cinnamon – 1 teaspoon (no slide)

Directions

  1. Prepare the necessary ingredients for the rhubarb filling (for pies and pies).
  2. Rinse the rhubarb under running water, peel it.
  3. Cut the peeled rhubarb stalks into small pieces
  4. Add sugar to the rhubarb and stir.
  5. Add cinnamon to a bowl and stir. The rhubarb filling is ready and must be used immediately.
  6. For example, rhubarb filling can be used to make quick puff pastries.
