Rhubarb Puffs

Puffs made from crispy puff pastry stuffed with fresh rhubarb.

Puff pastry (ready-made) – 200 g
Fresh rhubarb – 4-5 stalks
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Poppy – 1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil – for greasing the baking sheet
Directions
Prepare ingredients for making rhubarb puffs. Defrost the puff pastry.
Wash the rhubarb, peel, chop finely.
Place the rhubarb in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar and stir.
Roll out the dough a little and cut into squares. Cut the upper part of the squares into strips with a knife, without cutting to the edge of 0.5 cm.
Place the rhubarb filling on the bottom of the squares.
Cover the filling with the top of the squares and secure the edges of the dough using a fork.
Sprinkle puffs with poppy seeds.
Put the rhubarb puffs on a greased baking sheet and bake the puffs in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Then transfer the finished puffs to a plate and cool
The rhubarb puffs are ready.
