Ingredients

  • 2 onions)

  • 30 g parmesan cheese
  • 200 g processed cheese
  • nutmeg
  • 600 g ribbon pasta, reen

Instructions

  1. Fry the chopped onions in approx. 20 g of fat together with the minced meat, add the tomato puree and season with salt, pepper and mustard. Melt the remaining butter and sweat the flour in it, deglaze with milk, add the parmesan and processed cheese and allow to melt, stirring thoroughly. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  2. Boil the pasta, drain and rinse (or mix the pasta with 1 tablespoon of olive oil). Put half of it in a baking dish, pour the tomato and minced meat sauce over it, then the pasta again. Then pour the cheese sauce over it.
  3. Finally, top the casserole with the Gouda cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C (hot air) for 40-50 minutes.
  4. Mixed salads go well with it.
