  • 250 g rice
  • 450 g creamed spinach, frozen
  • 250 g quark
  • 0.5 ½ ring / s meat sausage
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime, slowly defrost and heat the spinach in a saucepan, stirring occasionally. Dice the meat sausage.
  2. Drain the rice and add to the spinach. Also add the quark and the meat sausage cubes, mix everything together. Season to taste and pour into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake the casserole for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 ° C (fan oven).
  3. Tip: if you like, you can replace the quark or part of the quark with herbal creme fraîche or herbal quark. Also tastes good with diced ham (raw or cooked).
