Rice Casserole with Minced Chicken (in a Slow Cooker)

by Editorial Staff

When I first cooked this minced chicken rice casserole, I didn’t think it would turn out so delicious. My husband is skeptical about rice, so I rarely cook anything with rice. Having cooked a rice casserole with minced chicken and served it to the table, I received a bunch of rave reviews from my soul mate.
