Ingredients

  • 500 g rice, cooked
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 1 can peach (s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • 1 small onion (s), diced

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat with the onions, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Put the rice in a baking dish, layer the fried minced meat on top. Drain the peaches, collect the juice, cut into small pieces and spread on the mince.
  3. Mix the sour cream, cream and peach juice and season with curry, salt and pepper. Pour this sauce over the casserole, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes.
