Rice Casserole

I make such a casserole when I have a piece of meat that cannot be fed to the whole family … And what to do with it? And some more incomprehensible pieces of cheese … So I use the leftovers. They sound in a new way, and there is enough for everyone!

Rice Casserole Instructions

  1. I cooked rice in a rice cooker with onions and turmeric. You can simply boil the rice and add spices to your liking. Place rice in a fireproof dish.

  2. Put pumpkin boiled in salted water and mashed in mashed potatoes. You can use other vegetables like zucchini and eggplant, or bell peppers.
  3. Layout the cheese slices. I have mozzarella, but use whatever you like: sausage, Russian, Dutch. Layout the pieces of cooked meat (boiled or baked). Cover with a layer of rice. Sprinkle with grated cheese again.

  4. Bake in an oven at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes, until the cheese, is melted.

Enjoy your meal!
