Ingredients

  • 250 g rice
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 1 large carrot (s)
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 300 g broccoli
  • 1 small Glass baby corn
  • 150 ml water
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 6 tablespoon tomato paste
  • Paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • thyme
  • marjoram
  • rosemary
  • Garlic powder
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice until it is grainy.
  2. Cut the spring onions into rings and the carrot into quartered slices. Fry them together in a pan in the oil. Cut the broccoli into florets and add. Now add the water, vegetable stock and tomato paste together with the spices and bring to the boil. Simmer for a few minutes with the lid closed, stirring occasionally.
  3. Drain the beans and stir in. Then mix in the finished rice. Cut the corncobs into pieces and mix in well. Heat everything again and season to taste.
