Ingredients

  • 500 g round beef
  • 500 g paprika (s), colored, cut into small pieces
  • 300 g rice
  • 500 g tomatoes, passed
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 100 g tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly curry ketchup if required
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Season the minced meat with salt, pepper, paprika and fry (I do this without adding any fat), add the paprika and rice and fry briefly. Add tomato paste and sweat briefly.
  2. Now add the tomatoes and the broth and bring it to a boil. Simmer for about 20-25 minutes and add a little curry ketchup to taste.
