Ingredients
- 2 sachets rice
- 2 peppers
- 1 zucchini
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 8 tablespoon soy sauce
- 80 g cashew nuts, salted
- oil

- Cook the rice in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
- Cut the bell pepper and zucchini into cubes and fry in a lightly oiled pan. Roughly chop the garlic cloves and add, fry everything together for about 10 minutes.
- Then add the cooked rice, add soy sauce and cashew nuts and
- Fry for another 5 minutes while stirring.
- Since the rice and cashews are salted and the soy sauce is spicy enough,
- no longer needs to be seasoned.
