  • 2 sachets rice
  • 2 peppers
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 8 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 80 g cashew nuts, salted

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Cut the bell pepper and zucchini into cubes and fry in a lightly oiled pan. Roughly chop the garlic cloves and add, fry everything together for about 10 minutes.
  3. Then add the cooked rice, add soy sauce and cashew nuts and
  4. Fry for another 5 minutes while stirring.
  5. Since the rice and cashews are salted and the soy sauce is spicy enough,
  6. no longer needs to be seasoned.
