Ingredients

  • 400 g minced beef
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 150 g rice, (lon rain rice)
  • 1 small Can (s) tomato (s), lumpy
  • 375 ml broth
  • 125 ml cream
  • 1 small Can corn
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Oregano, dried
  • Parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in a large pan. Add the diced onion with the rice and let it tarnish. Pour in the tomatoes and broth and let everything simmer for about 15 minutes with the lid closed. Fold in the cream and the drained corn and heat everything together quickly. Season with the spices and serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
