Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 3 bell peppers, red, yellow, green
  • 2 cans corn
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot as rose
  • 375 g rice

Instructions

  1. Clean the peppers and cut into strips, drain the corn.
  2. Fry the minced meat until crispy, add paprika and corn. Season everything with salt, pepper and paprika.
  3. Meanwhile cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet. Then, depending on your taste, fold in the rice or serve with it.
