Ingredients

  • 125 g rice (lon rain rice)
  • 1 tablespoon quark
  • 1 tablespoon Miracel Whip
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 small Glass paprika
  • 125 g cooked ham
  • 1 can tangerine (s)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Water (salt water)

Instructions

  1. Put the rice in boiling salted water and cook for about 15 minutes until grainy and allow to cool. Season the mayonnaise with sugar, chopped onion and salt to taste.
  2. Cut the bell pepper and ham into strips. Drain the mandarins, cut them into small pieces and then carefully fold all the ingredients into the mayonnaise.
