Ingredients

  • 120 g rice, (raw weiht)
  • 350 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 medium carrot (s)
  • 80 g celery
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 40 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 1 box cress
  • 20 g veetable oil
  • pepper
  • curry
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice in the vegetable stock.
  2. Clean, wash and finely grate the vegetables.
  3. Mix the cooked rice with the vegetable grated, eggs, quark and cress and season with the spices.
  4. Heat the oil in a coated pan and fry the mixture as patties.
