  • a bit salt
  • 20 g suar
  • some lemon peel, grated
  • 175 g rice puddin
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon, ground

Instructions

  1. Bring the milk, fat, salt, sugar and lemon zest to the boil, add the washed rice and let it soak over low heat.
  2. Serve the rice, piled up in the mountains and sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon.
