Ingredients

  • 2 sachets rice
  • Salt water
  • 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 200 g mayonnaise or tartar sauce, mild
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 can tangerine (s), drained, catch the juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt

Instructions

  1. Boil the rice in salted water, drain and let cool. Meanwhile, cut the peppers, ham and onions into small cubes.
  2. Mix all ingredients with the rice. Only fold in the mandarins at the end so that they don`t disintegrate.
  3. The ingredients can be varied according to taste. Keep the salad in the refrigerator. It tastes even better the next day.
