Ingredients

  • 1 sachet rice, or cup whole grain rice or rice from the day before
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 green pepper (s)
  • 1 spring onion (s), or a small normal onion
  • 1 small can mandarine (s)
  • 200 g Miracel Whip or sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 150 g ham, diced, leaner

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to the package insert or in salted water as usual. In the meantime, wash and clean the peppers and cut into small pieces. Peel and chop the onion or chop the spring onion. Drain the can of mandarins and collect the juice.
  2. Mix the dressing out of the Miracel Whip or sour cream together with the soy sauce. Then add the peppers, onions, diced ham and tangerines one after the other. Finally add the cooked and cooled rice (or rice from the previous day) and fold in. If necessary, add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. If the salad is too dry, add a little more tangerine juice. Please be careful with the salting, as the ham cubes give it a good taste.
