Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 125 g rice
  • 250 ml water, hot
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 125 g ham, cooked
  • 2 bell peppers, red and green
  • 1 can tangerine (s)
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 125 ml oil

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and sweat the rice in it, add hot water and salt, briefly bring to the boil and leave to soak for 20 minutes.
  2. Dice the onion, ham and peppers, drain the mandarins well and cut in half. Add everything to the cooled rice.
  3. Make a mayonnaise from the remaining ingredients (the oil must be cold), stir in and season the salad with the soy sauce and possibly a little tangerine water. Goes well with everything pan-fried and grilled.
