Ingredients

  • 2 cup basmati
  • 1 handful wheat
  • 250 g rocket
  • 500 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives

For the dressing:

  • 10 tablespoon oil (walnut oil)
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the basmati with the wheat grains and let them cool. Chop the rocket. Cut the Gouda and paprika into small cubes.
  2. For the dressing, mix the oil and balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients. You can add a little oil before serving.
  3. Looks nice and fresh and is a light summer salad. But also look good on a cold buffet.
