  • Cottage cheese – 100 g
  • Honey – 60 g
  • Milk – 350-400 ml
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Cocoa powder – 30-40 g
  • Vanillin (optional) – 1 pinch

  1. We prepare the necessary products.

  2. We wash the rice well, changing the water several times. We drain the water.
  3. Put the rice in a thick-walled saucepan, fill it with milk and add a pinch of salt.
  4. Bring to a boil and cook the rice over very low heat for about 20 minutes, until tender. The milk should be completely absorbed. Set aside the cooked rice from the heat and leave it covered for another 30 minutes.
  5. Combine rice, cottage cheese, honey, and a pinch of vanillin.
  6. Grind everything with a blender, but not to a completely homogeneous pasty mass, but so that very small grains remain. We leave the mixture for 1 hour in the refrigerator or for 20 minutes in the freezer. During this time, it will become even denser.
  7. We form balls from the mixture and roll each in cocoa.
  8. Put the curd and rice sweets on a plate and, if necessary, store them in the refrigerator.
