Rice with Cauliflower and Mushrooms

Rice with cauliflower and mushrooms is an incredibly tasty and easy dish.

Ingredients

  • 100 g MAKFA long grain rice
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100 g champignons
  • 200 g cauliflower
  • 100 g frozen green peas
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Green onions
  • 20 g vegetable oil
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Fry chopped garlic in hot oil for 1 minute. Add chopped mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes. Add chopped cauliflower, rice, cook for 5-7 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce, add thawed peas, stir.
  3. Put the finished dish on a plate, garnish with green onions.
