Ingredients

  • 480 g rice, cooked
  • 400 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 280 g pineapple pieces from a can
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Rinse the chicken breast fillet in cold water and cut into bite-sized pieces. Heat the oil in a coated pan and fry the chicken in it. Heat the pineapple pieces as well.
  2. Season with salt and pepper. Add some pineapple juice. Fold in the rice, stirring occasionally, until the rice is hot. Season with salt and curry.
