- 480 g rice, cooked
- 400 g chicken breast fillet (s)
- 280 g pineapple pieces from a can
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon curry
- 1 tablespoon oil

- Rinse the chicken breast fillet in cold water and cut into bite-sized pieces. Heat the oil in a coated pan and fry the chicken in it. Heat the pineapple pieces as well.
- Season with salt and pepper. Add some pineapple juice. Fold in the rice, stirring occasionally, until the rice is hot. Season with salt and curry.
