  • Tomatoes – 0.5 kg
  • Canned corn – 1 can
  • Bulb onions – 2 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Butter – 80 g
  • Parsley
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Rice with Corn and Tomatoes Instructions

  1. Cook rice in salted water.
  2. At this time, we cook vegetables: drain the water from the corn, cut the tomatoes into cubes, and finely chop the onion.
  3. Rub hard cheese on a coarse grater and chop the parsley.
  4. Fry the finished rice in butter.
  5. Add onions, tomatoes, and corn to the rice, simmer for 5-10 minutes.
