Rice with Grilled Sausage and Eggs

Fried rice is a dish that came to us from Chinese cuisine. The Chinese mix boiled rice with all sorts of ingredients and fried in a wok.

- Boil rice (in plenty of water), rinse under cold water. Place on a sieve.
- Cut the sausage into small cubes.
- Chop the garlic, onion, ginger, and chili.
- Beat eggs lightly in a bowl.
- Heat the wok on the stove, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Fry the sausage in a wok until brown.
- Pour chopped onions, ginger, garlic, and chili into the pan. Stir, fry for about 2 minutes with continuous stirring.
- Then fill the sausage with rice, mix well.
- Make a hole in the center and pour the beaten eggs into it.
- Gently mix rice with eggs, fry with continuous stirring until eggs are tender.
- Serve rice with lemon wedges.
