Rice with Grilled Sausage and Eggs

Fried rice is a dish that came to us from Chinese cuisine. The Chinese mix boiled rice with all sorts of ingredients and fried in a wok.

Directions

Boil rice (in plenty of water), rinse under cold water. Place on a sieve.
Cut the sausage into small cubes.
Chop the garlic, onion, ginger, and chili.
Beat eggs lightly in a bowl.
Heat the wok on the stove, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Fry the sausage in a wok until brown.
Pour chopped onions, ginger, garlic, and chili into the pan. Stir, fry for about 2 minutes with continuous stirring.
Then fill the sausage with rice, mix well.
Make a hole in the center and pour the beaten eggs into it.
Gently mix rice with eggs, fry with continuous stirring until eggs are tender.
Serve rice with lemon wedges.
